The company went from one robot per day to one per hour in under 120 days, a 24-times improvement in throughput driven by dedicated assembly lines, custom manufacturing software across more than 150 workstations, and tighter supplier quality controls. The company has already shipped over 350 units. At full capacity, BotQ’s first-generation line can produce 12,000 Figure 03 robots per year, with a stated goal of 100,000 over four years. Figure’s System 0 AI model now includes perception-conditioned whole-body control, allowing the robots to navigate stairs, ramps, and uneven terrain using onboard stereo cameras without any task-specific programming or a human in the loop.
